On Thursday night the Short Track Super Series wrapped up their North Region season with the Hard Clay Finale at Orange County Fair Speedway. With over 70 Modifieds in attendance, just making the show was priority for Allison and the #55 Halmar International race team.

Allison made her way into the Hard Clay through the consolation race combined with a WIN in the three lap three car dash. The night was cut short with a mechanical failure in the feature resulting in a 25th place finish.

Next up for : Saturday’s Eastern States 100 (Small Block Modified)

Well , the night did not start off that great, we did not have grip in our heat race. We made some changes for the consi where we started 6th and finished 3rd. The car was really good and hooked up with the motor we just got back from Billy The Kid.
Winning the last chance qualifier was pretty awesome. I have never done that before and to come away with a win that got us into the feature was pretty awesome.
Our goal for Saturday is to hopefully make the race with an ultimate goal of locking it into the Top 6!
