Adam McAuliffe wrapped up his Short Track Super Series 602 Crate South Region season this weekend at Georgetown Speedway (DE). Wicked weather once again struck forcing the cancellation of The Mid Atlantic Championship Weekend at the fast Sussex County 1/2 mile track. This leaves Adam with a Second Place finish in the Points Championship for 2018.

I’m super proud of my team. My brother Kyle works his ass off for me and we came up a little short with the final race at Georgetwon cancelling, which is very disapointing.
I feel like we are a top car whenever we show up , especially with the DKM Cyclone chassis. We really keep up on our homework, and its really the shop time that makes the difference.
Next year is another year and I am going to keep my head down and keep the good guys that I have behind me and hopefully next year will be my year.
Being the first loser always sucks, but we had a great year and im not going to be upset about anything.
I couldnt be this succesful without Kyle, I mean he pretty much does all of the maintenance and set up stuff, I am just the mud scrapper, wash boy and tire guy.
Thank You to all my loyal sponsors that have stuck with me through the years, I appreciate all that they do for me.

As the 2018 closes there is the possibility that the #234 may still make an appearance at Bridgeport Speedway (NJ) in a couple of weeks, but with a brand new DKM Cyclone on order look for Adam and #234 team to hit the 2019 season wide open.
